How many yards I need for my hair?
One yard is 36 inches of Loc Sprinkles. Because the sprinkles are applied by folding the strand in half around the loc, 1 yard provides up to 18 inches of theoretical coverage.
In practice, coverage will typically be less than 18 inches to account for cutting from the spool, securing the ends, and the amount of overlap used when applying.
1 yard is generally a good starting point for decorating around 12–15 inches of loc length, depending on your application style and desired density.
Can I reuse my loc sprinkles after removal?
Yes! If you remove them correctly, you can absolutely reuse your Loc Sprinkles.
To remove them, snip the thread at the very bottom, as close to the secured end as possible.Then carefully unwrap the Loc Sprinkles from your loc until the entire chain is completely detached.
Once removed, carefully wrap the Loc Sprinkles back onto their original spool and secure the end with a small piece of tape to keep them from unraveling or tangling. A video tutorial will be included with your purchase.
How long will my loc-sprinkles last?
Your Invisible Loc Sprinkles can last as long as you maintain them. However, we recommend removing and reapplying them after no more than 2 weeks. This gives your locs a chance to breathe and allows you to refresh your look while keeping your locs and the sprinkles looking their best.
Will I receive the same beads in the product pictures?
Not necessarily—and that’s part of the fun! Each season features three signature color palettes, but the specific beads, shapes, sizes, and finishes will vary throughout the season based on availability and creative selection.
This means every set of Loc Sprinkles is unique to you. While your Sprinkles will always stay within the color palette you selected, the exact combination of beads may be different from what you see pictured. No two sets are guaranteed to be exactly alike!
What is the turnaround time for pre-orders?
Orders from our first drop will begin shipping October 20. Because each Loc Sprinkle is handmade, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
